Manas Garg is a Technologist with deep interest in Sociology, Psychology and Philosophy. In last 12 years, he has worked with startups and large corporations (Infosys, Motorola & Yahoo!) in various roles. He has handled System Architecture, he has managed Engineering Teams, he has been in Business Development and he has been a Social Media Evangelizer.
Manas is the co-founder of Digital Vidya and system designer of Soch.la, World’s first Social Network around Cricket. Before Digital Vidya, he worked with Yahoo! where he was responsible for various community platforms. He has been passionate about building communities and from time to time, he has led efforts to organize people in communities in the offline and online worlds. His writings on leadership and community buildings have been published in the online (pluggd.in, punetech.com)and offline (IT Magazine) spaces.
